Please read this document carefully before using the website www.flitadvisory.it. Access to and navigation of the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not intend to accept them is invited to refrain from using the Site.

In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the Italian and English versions of these Terms, the Italian version shall prevail for interpretative and legal purposes with respect to matters subject to Italian law.

The Site is technically developed and maintained by Omni Project (www.omniproject.it), as digital services provider on behalf of FLIT ADVISORY SRLS.

Art. 2 – Subject matter and scope

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the «T&C») govern the methods of access to and use of the Site by users (hereinafter the «User»), as well as the mutual rights and obligations between FLIT ADVISORY SRLS and the User.

The T&C apply to all pages, sections, features and content of the Site, including — without limitation — text, images, videos, articles (Insights), case studies, contact forms and any other element accessible through the domain www.flitadvisory.it and related subdomains.

These T&C do not govern the contractual advisory relationships that may be established between FLIT ADVISORY SRLS and its clients, which are governed by specific contracts, engagement letters and conditions agreed upon between the parties.

Art. 3 – Site access and requirements

Access to the Site is free of charge and does not require registration. The User is responsible for having the necessary hardware and software to access the Site (device, up-to-date browser, internet connection).

FLIT ADVISORY SRLS reserves the right to:

• Suspend, modify or discontinue — in whole or in part — access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance, update or any other reason;
• Limit access to certain sections of the Site;
• Block access from specific IP addresses or geographical areas in the event of improper or unlawful use.

FLIT ADVISORY SRLS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and is not liable for any technical disruptions, interruptions or malfunctions attributable to third parties (e.g. hosting providers, network operators).

Art. 4 – Site content and nature of information

Art. 5 – Contact form and information requests

The Site provides Users with a contact form to request information about the services offered by FLIT ADVISORY SRLS. By completing and submitting the form, the User:

• Declares that the information provided is truthful, accurate and up-to-date;
• Acknowledges that the response will be provided within 24 business hours of receipt, subject to staff availability;
• Consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy;
• Understands that responding to the information request does not constitute the start of an advisory relationship nor does it oblige FLIT ADVISORY SRLS to accept the engagement.

FLIT ADVISORY SRLS reserves the right not to respond to incomplete, generic or manifestly inappropriate requests.

Art. 6 – Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including, by way of example and not limited to: text, articles, analyses, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, names, layout, information architecture, source code and any other element — is the exclusive property of FLIT ADVISORY SRLS or of third parties who have granted the relevant licence, and is protected by applicable copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941), trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, publication or use — even in part — of the Site's content without the prior written consent of FLIT ADVISORY SRLS is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial consultation by the User.

Art. 8 – Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Art. 13 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of these T&C, the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply otherwise.
